The web version is back, but it's limited. Sections just don't exist in Corvington and the game ends a bit earlier - not too much earlier, but earlier - than the Full Downloadable Version. In addition, some sound effects (not that I'm really a fan of them) are gone. itch.io apparently has a File Limit of 500 on it's files and with the addition of the timekeeping thing, that exceeded it.
So the web version is back as a demo as people are more likely to play something they don't have to download.
That said, don't expect it to update much, or at all.
