UPDATE 10.0 - Casting times & totem spells

- Added a casting time to spells along with improved casting animations
- Added a simple miniboss at the end of each level
- Removed (almost) all health restoring mechanics in the game. Every point of damage is now pretty much permanent until you complete the level
- Removed the level affixes
- Added a experimental "Totem" spell type (the arcane sentry is really OP right now)
