UPDATE 9.3 - Revamped boss fight

The first boss portal will light up once you complete five levels.
- Added the deflect affix
- Improved the level selection menu
- Moved some things around in the hub area
- Removed the level reward chest (rewards get automatically added now)
- Added icons for the current level affixes underneath the minimap
- Improved the hub portal shader and particle effect
