UPDATE 7.4 - Frost Spells

Frost element has been added to the talent tree. Frost spells deal moderate damage and chill your targets. Chilled targets have their movement and attack speed slowed by 50% and if you deal enough frost damage to a chilled target it will freeze into an Ice Block. An ice block can be shattered with any damage and the monster inside will die instantly if the iceblock is shattered.

• Using Unreal Engine 4.18 now
• Crossbowman arrows travel faster now but will slow down over time until disappearing
• Nerfed the damage for AoE Swirly Cylinder
• Buffed the drop rate and heal rate of health shards again
