The game jam “My First Game Jam: Summer 2022” + playing retro like games on itch.io were the inspiration for me to make use of the pico-8 fantasy console I once got a license for.
It was really fun to work, a quite creative process of developing the game itself and developing the software at the same time. New ideas were instantly written down, software parts were reused, extended and so on.
It took a few evenings to bring this game up - I am happy with the result.
