ok so I fixed the problem the problem was I used the wrong tutorial the reason I used a different one is because I didn't want to spend 50 minutes watching a YouTube video when I thought I could just watch a 20 minute one that was less descriptive also I added a new enemy called snail 

the reason its a snail is because snails were a for some reason told in stories about heroes who fought snails
