Another update! (Here we go again)

[ + ] GEARS: Collectible currency used to upgrade your ship (feature in the future)

[ / ] TWEAKS:  Slightly changed what menus you go to when you leave a level

[ + ] NEW WORLD / LEVEL: Added as a placeholder/ test for now. Level 9 is playable but is more of a test for the new tileset.

Next devlog I'll add either the new levels for the storage area or I'll add the tank upgrade area.
