New Trigger Pull Values added

Added the following trigger pull values:

y_raw for raw y coordinate (0-1 value)
x_raw for raw x coordinate (0-1 value)
trigger for the trigger name the button got triggered with

1. Download the updated extension
2. Install it
3. Press YES when it asks you to replace it in your Transmitter
4. Press NO when it asks you to replace the deck (no changes in the deck)
