Devlog: New weapon type Crossbow

New weapon type: Crossbows.
Unlocks after an elf boss, ammo - arrows.
Instead of pulling it uses focusing, it is twice as fast, instead of range and power it improves your shot's precision.
Attack speed a bit slower than bows, damage a bit stronger.
Damage is randomly spreaded (while bows and slings let you just charge up to the maximum damage).
