It's DnD - except without "To hit" rolls.
• d20 is rolled in combat only to avoid getting one-shotted (or to deal one-shot damage), right at the start. If you fail the test to avoid injury, you're Out of Action. If you pass the test to inflict injury, your opponent is Out of Action.
Initiative is based on WIS.
During rounds of combat, damage is determined by rolling BODY Dice (for melee) or HEAD Dice (for ranged attacks). Resistance to damage is found by rolling BODY Dice. When all your BODY Dice are wounded, you're Out of Action.
