1.8 Update

Gameplay changes:

1. health is now replenished by the health pickups
2. bird interactions will reduce your health
3. blocks for placement will auto-replenish up to 5, slowly
4. Added stamina that will drain when you run

1. new key T to enable/disable camera Zoom 
2. Added UI bars for Health and Stamina
3. Added block counter for block placement
4. Added more audio and camera FX
