Alpha 0.2.1.4 released!

Greetings, commanders!  Another quick update:

• Fixed the late Phase 3 meeting with Alina Yarro which resulted in a dead-end for some players.
• Added more Phase 3 content.

This is just another stepping stone towards 0.2.2, which will include all route endings!
