New better file selection window

Error message added when an error occurs on the load of a sound
Added loop on playlist (items played are sent to the end of playlist)
Added possibility to duplicate an item. Useful to edit a copy and let the original unchanged.
Added possibility to duplicate a library
Added possibility to drag and drop a sound to another category
Fix custom start time on video is now working properly
Fix autoplay not working properly when a video is playing
Fix random option not showing in group instruction
Fix video not looping
Fix advanced sound values not correctly showned in sound player when preconfigured
