Version 1.01 Update

Quick update following the launch day  to improve the experience!

• Export now instead of downloading a file, opens a textbox from where you can copy the contents
• Name of the decks will now show on screenshots
• Added some missing card effects to deck profile calculation, some adjustments
• Fixed too long class/spec combinations not showing properly on collection
• Fixed a bug where the update function didn't work correctly in certain mixes of specializations and classes
• Fixed being able to click yes/no buttons even if they are not currently visible
