Absurdia is fully funded!
This weekend we smashed through our two remaining goals, topping the original $3500 target I had set for the itchfunding campaign. I never got a chance to announce the writing stretch goal, but we've also cleared the $4500 number that I had in my head. With no goals left, the crowdfunding campaign is official complete.
I'm truly blown away. As a first time game designer it's incredibly heartwarming and humbling to have so many people excited and invested in this game. Thank you.
I'm excited to get to work making Absurdia the best game possible. I'm already in conversations with folks to bring the game to life with additional artwork, graphic design, and digital assets. That said, it will likely be several months before these improvements are incorporated into the game, so keep an eye on this space for updates on progress and timing for v1.0 (as well as details on guest writing opportunities).
