Version 0.1.3: Items Part II

Welcome back Starknights!

This update adds a ton of new items and fixes many that weren't working in the previous update. Instead of 2 working items there are now 12. Many of these items have very interesting effects but I'll leave it to you to discover them.  On top of that there were some other minor changes and fixes including making the ship thruster way less annoying by using thrusters instead of a spray of particles.
