v0.12 Update Notes

BlockBall (Live)
A downloadable game for Windows

Another of my personal bugbears has been slain this week!  The game now has the math and method to support PRECISE COLLISIONS, which means things (i.e. the ball) will bounce based on the frictionless vacuum of life, according to math!  Note: as of now this kind of sucks for playing, which is why to enable it you have to turn it on via the .ini file by setting precise_collisions to 1.

1) A more detailed math-based collision and reflection option is now in the game.  While this is not currently easily available, it can be accessed via the .ini file as mentioned above.  This will likely not be used in the base game, but it's an important system to have implemented when adding more features or odd game modes, such as when dealing with rotating paddles or multiple walls.

Known Issues:
1) When using precise collisions, ball collisions with the top and bottom of the paddle sometimes hit multiple times.  Will try to figure out why exactly this occurs and what can be done to fix it, but as of now it is a fairly minor issue.

The process can be watched live on Twitch or on Youtube in vod form.
