v1.0.2 Bug fixes

This minor release fixes a couple reported a couple weeks ago, they have been a part of the beta releases for just as long.

• Fix bug where skill level would not increase if formula is a number
• Fix bug where default skills would not be learned
• Update and fix improper documentation about the way you create a menu entry using VisuStella menu plugin.
