Weekly Update #34 - When inspiration does not show up
The problem with disciplines related to art is that, sometimes, it’s hard to find inspiration. In this case I’m talking about music, and I usually never try to force myself to write if I don’t feel inspired. So this week instead of writing the remaining tracks, I decided to fix a couple bugs instead. Inspiration will come at some point, I don’t doubt it. Here’s the full list:
Content
- New feature: In demo builds, if the player reaches the end of the first level, a couple of splashscreens are shown, and the game resets.
- Bugfix: The enemies no longer turn to the player when the player is out of sight.
- Bugfix: Lì the captain of the guard now moves correctly during scripted events.
- Bugfix and Maintenance: Re-did Raven’s model and hair, added some detail, and re-computed its cloth system.
Work in progress
- I technically started working on a couple of tracks, so I’ll need to go back to them at some point.
Objectives for next update
- Design the SFX for the props that still don’t have any
- Go back to the tracks I left unfinished.
