Hello guys, this week we worked very hard on finishing the system we sought out to develop, here are the newest updates:
Vitor
- Finished adding meshes for pick up items and dropped items;
- Implemented Dialogue System integrated with the quests;
- Added interactable documents that give context to the story and the environment;
- Added Reputation System also integrated with the quests and created UI so the player can access it;
- Added Templates to test the new systems;
- Created a Demo to be used for playtesting;
Pedro
- This week we extended the HUB level by adding more playable zones to different parts of the map.
- We finished designing the dungeon and developed its first version.
Tomás
- Implemented a Skill Tree system, which allows the player to buy various abilities of different categories (Personal, Weapon, etc.) if they have the required level and previous skills. Currently it only contains a single weapon skill, but more will be added in the very near future.
-Implemented functionality for Health and Mana potions, as well as added bars representing these stats to the Hud.
- Minor improvements to animations, as well as the ability for the Dodge to interrupt any animation.
