Changelog:
1. Civilizations now explore coastal territories as and when they attempt to coastally expand, rather than always checking for it and slowing the game down(and also sometimes expanding in implausible ways after losing coasts from which they explored).
2. Losing technology due to high war exhaustion now has a 10x smaller chance.
3. More random civilization naming combinations.
4. An attacker attacking into a civilization's "occupied" territory immediately wins the battle.
5. Made the adjustment of civilizations' tech levels be a spinbox, allowing you to adjust the level via the scroll wheel, rather than having to tediously press the + or - button each time.
