Update 3 - Better Cruiser

The blue cruiser was consistently underperforming at fighting the red cruiser, so I've buffed the blue's maneuverability and projectile speeds.

• Blue cruiser broadsides closer, allowing for more shots to land
• Asteroids spawn a few seconds faster now
• Starting harvesters increased to 2
