Mods, main menu and targeting system

So, I've added a main menu with a fancy spinning sword.

I've also added the targeting system, tho it's not finished yet (making my way up to the combat system).

And the most important change... Mods! Yes, there are now mods on the game, so while you can't make maps or dialog yet, it is quite ready to be implemented. For now the mods are only cosmetic changes like the sprites for the main character though.
