Bugfix update release (v0.47.1a)
I've fixed most of the issues I'm aware of as of today (leaving aside a couple multiplayer related ones), among which a very old bug that goes back to the earliest versions of the game many years ago, so I've packaged a new version of the game.

Logic fixes
- Fixed sloppy computations that could lead to integer overflow with very high scores
- Fixed an issue causing a lot of enemies to swarm in after switching stage paths late
- Fixed a bug that caused firing or any other maintained action to continue even without user input if the game is paused and resumed
- Fixed reset of the EX aura on redeployment of an ark after losing in EX mode while bypassed firing is active
- Fixed an old glitch bug which was causing some small golden fragments to flicker on screen, because of incorrect player attraction mechanism
