Minor update.

• Crosshairs when allies lock onto enemies.
• Rework Stage 1 enemies, fixing wonky paths with inconsistent speeds, and reducing the feeling of just dumping onto the player from every direction.
• Simplified touchscreen controls. Swipe 1 finger to move/fire, tap 2 fingers to bomb. Focus is always on.
