Inventory and Screen Fixes

I have gone and made an attempt to fix some screen sizing issues that I came across, but the best way I found was to lock it in fullscreen. This will be how it shall remain for the time being until I find a better way of dealing with the sizing.

On a different note, the list inventory now updates to become a proper dictionary inventory with sorted items. I do not believe there should be a problem with this inventory system, but, if any should occur, please let me know!
