Post Jam version

Few tweaks and QoL features. Some changes will have an impact on scoring but i wont delete any leaderboard entries.

• Username is now remembered, no need to type it before every single game
• Added a pause menu with a volume slider and an exit button, press the [ESC] key to pause / resume
• Added a safe start, if a ball is lost during the first 5 seconds of its existence, it will be refunded to the player and shot back from the canon
• Added the possibility to restart the game by pressing the [R] key
• Added a tilt key on the [Down Arrow] key to slightly change the trajectory of the ball
• Better display on the multiplicator remaining duration
• Activating any multiplicator node with the bonus being active will refund 10 seconds of multiplicator duration
• Adjusted some collisions on the multiplicator path and around the base of the flippers
