Carneage mechanical enhancements

Carneage
A browser game made in HTML5

General Bug fixes have been solved such as:

Visual:
1.Dialog has been fixed to properly state the input
2. Dash tutorial pit has been extended to allow the player needed usage of the dash to traverse(same for Forest level)
3.Stage assets that were originally white and hard to distinguish have now changed colour (Sniper Pellet is green, Dialog boxes are black, Switch is now red and push able block is now red)
4.Added dialog boxes for areas that weren't explained well enough
5.Forest level walls are more defined to indicate
6 Forest is now harder with a pit that will test player wall jumping prowess
7.Forest platforms have been adjusted for player to reach them easier without needing dash or wall jump.

Technical: 
1.Bullets and dialog boxes being in the same class are now no longer as such
2. Melee enemy hurtbox and weapon has become larger to be more proactive
3. knockback has been lowered considerably.
4.Score and coins reset upon restarting and entering.
5.Flamebot's code has been changed so the player will know when they are exploding(and is warned not to go near them)
6.Player can no longer go through the first tree bark.
