V0.2.0 Update

This update is mostly focused on getting the core gameplay experience to be as enjoyable as possible. Dice re-rolls should facilitate more decision-making while offsetting the RNG somewhat, and having a score on failed runs means those close calls aren't entirely fruitless, as they may lead to a new high score.
