Circuity Version 0.3 Part 2

Version 0.3 Part 2

In this version I have added some new levels, new type of wire the Special Wire (Placeholder) this new wire will have current slowly leave it instead of having it all happen  instantly happen the next component loses power. Another thing I've changed is that I added a new sprite for the laser beam as well as a new effect for it!

Bug Fixes

.Fixed a bug where some components wouldn't get power
.Fixed a bug where tool tips would show up really close to the screen
.Fixed a bug where lasers couldn't get power

PS updates will be slowing down over the next couple of months I have some stuff going on in my personal life
