BMGN Hotfix 020

Hello folks, just figured out something and have applied a hotfix to the blender side of the addon

• Gave condition on when to update the viewport (drastically reducing gpu usage)
• Fixed sidebar name
• Fixed version numbering (I think)
• Fixed interpolation of orbiting/rotation.

(Sorry, sort of in a rush)

As the orbiting feature is still an work in progress, currently it is best to use the addon for 2d navigation only (meaning disabling the orbiting feature from the sideapp). But still remember this addon is in development and is NOT RECOMMENDED FOR PRODUCTION USAGE.
