Why An Expansion?

Heroic Tales was designed to be simple to learn, teach, and play. To achieve that goal, the rules are purposefully light. Being rules-lite requires the players and GM to be more creative when creating characters and playing the game. This expansion provides additional roles, abilities, and additional rules which players can use to create unique and fun characters.

What's Included?

• More species - 10 new species including Elves, Dragonkin, Catkin and Mousekin
• More special abilities - 19 special abilities including Marksman, Stealthy, and Survivor
• Rules for creating potions and bombs including some samples to get you started
• Rules for crafting spells for Magic Users and Clerics. It is an open magic system with just enough structure to quickly get up and running.

The expansion combined with the Heroic Tales rules makes for an even more well rounded game that will be easy to bring to the table, online, or solo.
