After reading through some of the feedback, here comes the first update!
First of all, thanks to all so far that have provided us with valuable feedback! We’ve made some changes to our prototype, mostly around the topic of combat tempo.
Overlapping Turns
Some of the criticism was that the game’s combat felt slow. To remedy this, we’ve introduced overlapping turns! As you may guess, this means that enemies will no longer just wait for their friends to finish their turns before themselves attacking.
We think this greatly improves the tension and speed of combat, perhaps you should try it out?
