Chainsaw buffs, generator, up to v 1.6!

Okay, so this on it's own isn't a particular major update, but there's been 4-5 smaller updates over the last week or two, so I feel like its time to get that notification.

Generate Characters, randomize missions, encounters and special drops with the Immune Random Generator!

The Chainsaw has been buffed

• its damage is up to 3 now, from 2. 
• Meat and Bone ammo cost reduced from 2 to 1.
• Meta and Bone Harm increased to 4.
