Update v0.04

Polish updates:

• Slider to adjust master sound.
• Mouse movement sparkle.
• Add motion to idle fight images.
• Display turn order in fight.
• Add a secondary card back,  and the posibility for more in the future.

Bigger updates:

• Add a displayer with the enemies info (by clicking on them).
• Allow the player to choose their price cards pool.
• Instead of always adding cards to deck now the price room allows a more flexible customization and even lets you grab all displayed options if wanted.
