Small Update #4.2

- Starting equipment items will now be automatically equipped when starting a new game
- A confirmation prompt will appear when ending the demo.
- A confirmation prompt will also appear when giving up.
- The game will now no longer auto-target the nearest enemy when using an evokeable if your last movement was made with the mouse. If it was made using the keyboard it still will.
- The game will now default open as full screen for first time users. Can be changed in the options, which will be saved.
- Fixed a bug where dropping a chargeable item like a jetpack after using it would prevent it from recharging.
- After picking up a dropped chargeable item, the charge cooldown will reset back to max cooldown. This is partially to discourage item juggling and partially because I don’t want to save these cooldowns for every item on the ground.
- Fixed a bug where health warning and health critical sounds were not playing when the player dropped to 20 and 10 health respectively.
- Fixed a bug where enemies would not reveal soft-hidden objects they covered when moving away from a tile with instant animations turned on.
- Fixed a bug where the toxic pool terrain and tutorial grass terrains were missing a sprite
