Draft Layout Pages for The Mall

Here are some of the draft layout pages for the mall (pages 12-23). I still need to go back in and insert the page annotations for each page (a la A Pound of Flesh or Gradient Descent). There will also be art from Garbage Goat, Trevor Henderson, and some anatomical public domain art.
