Pokemaku TML 1.1 update

• poligon's shot damage down
• graze range larger
• new skills!

    MagicCoat - Erase bullets and get graze point
    Ice Beam - temporary high damage
    Recover - no hit while 3 seconds to get heal, or erase surrounding bullet
   When you get many grazes, skill get 1 pp
   Skills can not be activated over two skills

• Poligon has Focus Sash
• If you clear the stage, you can know what pokemon is in the stage

Pokemons are weaker, but when another pokemon fainted get stronger
