build v0.13 parries backflips and other things

Update v0.13- combat update:

• smoothed the movement to remove jank
• enemies can now kill you
• enemies attack faster
• enemies can now doge kind of the might doge through a wall and die
• grapple rework 
• parries now work and trigger explosions
