Bump in the Dark V 0.6.1 - misc fixes

Updated book to v0.6.1

• Changed xp trigger from "you struggled due to your conditions or doom" to "you expressed your relationship to your pact or the people of Iron Country"
• Fixed Unshaped abilities "Not Supposed to Be Here" and "Oops!" which had "push your luck" and "expend your plot armor" reversed
• Miscellaneous typo fixes

Updated playkit (WIP) and character sheet to v0.6.1 (these files are the same)

• Fixed Unshaped abilities as above
• Removed extraneous action dot (this was meant to be used with the "Forged in the Fire" pact ability but was not explained anywhere)
• Added blank playbook
• Miscellaneous typo fixes

Next, I will work on updating the Character Keeper and Role templates to be consistent with 0.6.1.
