Continuing to add Deluxe features.

We're continuing to add new features to the Deluxe edition of the game. In addition to the thinnest brush size and brush smoothing we're now including shaded versions of each of the colors. Overall this adds 9 colors that are not available in the free version.
We still have more Deluxe features planned so stay tuned!
