v0.4.2 Improved AI again and sound design
- Sounds and ambient are now separated with their own sliders in the options
- new sound for locked door/drawer
- footstep sound is played to help adjust the volume in options
- big pass to normalize and adjust the volume of every sound in the game
- the psycho nurse can now hear you walking inside a certain radius
- updated the nurse attack's audio sequence
- improved the first dose event
- shortened the time it takes the nurse to lock a door behind her so it's impossible for the player to sneak in behind her
