I've added a plaintext version of TORQ as a download. This is the first step towards providing a free, CAARD edition of the rules, which is next on my radar!
Up next on the roadmap include the CAARD version I mentioned, the first free episode: HALF-HARDCORE, a TORQ jam, and more!
