Update 1.3 INDEV3

small changes to the boss, such as nerfing the copious amounts of fireballs that can be shot from it. also fixed fireball effect from the player dying not showing up, because the code was set to delete the fireball when it touched the player, so now it doesn't delete it when the player is dead. 

temporarily removed the music for this version.
