I've added one additional color swap variant to each NPC called v00 (version zero zero). All v00 variants share the exact same color swap. This should make runtime color swapping a little easier. But if you're not using that method, you should disregard v00, as it's an ugly palette.
I also fixed each sprite sheet to be exactly 128x256, to facilitate sprite swapping. If you're using Unity, you'll need to reslice about half of the characters if you apply this update.
