Lumba 1.5 Update

This is a pretty big balance patch for Lumba, we made some things easier, other things harder, stuff like that. This version went live on Newgrounds a day ago and feedback has been... nonexistent. 

Anyway here are the changes:

• Reduced Carl's fire-rate and slightly lowered his HP
• Moved the first bonecrow encounter to the club stage
• Reduced the rate at which Needlar summons bonecrows in his bossfight
• Reduced Needlar's health
• Changed the prefight dialogue before the final boss
• Made the final boss much much harder
