Update v0.03 changes.

Tooltips added for the villager moves:

The tooltips will also contain a little flavor dialog to help the player, so it can picture a more detailed image on what is happening.

Event room added:

Now event rooms will be available in the map.
You can encounter 3 events that will have varied results.

Some kind of progression:

Now the character customization menu will not be completed at the start.
Some attributes and customizations will be locked behind events.
