The spinner is the most glamorous part of the new update. If you love gambling your money away until you have nothing left, and then selling your possessions to continue your gambling habit, you should enjoy this. Another gambling game is planned for the next update, but I hope you enjoy this one for now.
As you can see in all the above screenshots, there's a big panel that gives you valuable information about a selected item.
There's just no reload ammo button anymore, as you may have noticed from the above screenshot. Instead, weapons that use ammo pull it directly from your inventory.
Many stackable items now have item carry caps. If, for example, you buy more bullets than you can carry, the excess is automatically put into your storage, and then restocked back to max (if possible) whenever you rest, die, or teleport. Inventory weight is no longer a thing, so carry as much as you like. Equipment weight is still a thing, though. This new carry cap system is supposed to help balance stuff. Since you can only carry 10 Blood Syringes, for example, that limits how much you can heal.
NPCs now use syringes when they're health is low, and use items like bandages and water to cure status effects.
Certain items, like the armor and weapons belonging to higher-level units (like Jurors, etc.) now require red upgrade putty to upgrade. This type of putty is more rare, but since these items are so powerful, I hope it feels fair.
A familiar enemy returns from absence to guard underground chests that contain valuable items.
Conquering stuff now gives you XP in addition to glory. You gain 1000 XP per glory. You also gain Glory and XP when you conquer an entire territory. The different tiers of glory have been adjusted, though, so unlocking some creatures is a little tougher.
If we look at the "Next update plan" from last update, we can see what I managed to get done.
Next Update Plans:
In regards to the space stations, I'm not sure if I said this before, but the space stations are supposed to act as a sort of prototype for interplanetary travel. Since you're supposed to need to capture warp generators and stuff to reach other planets, the Space Stations will act as a mini version of that.
