Update v0.3.0a - Advanced settings & Major bug fixes

Hello everyone! New update is here v0.3.0 ! Major changes with settings!

 General 

Lifesteal effect on minions is increased 16% ⇒ 25% (If you have 100% Lifesteal, on minions it will effectively heal you for 25%) 

Add scrolling feature to chat - Replaced rolling menu for new settings UI 

New settings UI features: 

Keybindings (Custom keybindings) 

Resolution (Keep this on 1 if you do not have FPS drops) It can improve performance for cost of lower graphics. 

Filter of Bad words 

Change default language  

Bug fixes 

Fixed a bug when banned accounts could not see ban message 

Fixed a bug when persistent auras are hidden during spectate mode 

Fixed a bug with Kira L trail being invisible 

Fixed a bug with Veil K going through collisions (visual bug) 

Fixed a bug when Kira Enhanced J does not proc Vampric Rod. 

Fixed a bug when bans are shown from previous game.
