Devlog 6: Animations and more

A downloadable game

Heya pizza lovers we're back! 

Animations
This week we already started with the rig and animations of the character. 
We made an animation of our character sitting down.

After that we also made an idle animation for our characters.

We also made an animation for the dough how it would look when it's being used.


Models

We also made some new models for our game. 

A fence specifically for our park.

Another fence that also can be run over, but more specifically will be used around the city and around the destructable houses.

This is the destructable house I was talking about, We also modelled that with some cracks in the walls to make it clear to the players that it's not a very sturdy house and can be run over very quickly. 

We also made the jewelry shop, which needed to look super fancy.

We then made the starting parking where everyone is going to spawn

We also made some variations for the scooter

RFX and Shaders

We made sure that our materials were flat colors so everything is according to our art bible.

We also made a shader already for our water which looks like this: 

And then we made an effect for the smoke that comes out of the scooter.

We also made an effect for the scooter drifting.


Sound
We also made a lot of sounds this week. We made the sounds of the scooter driving which looks like this:

Programming

Our dearest programmer worked on cleaning up our folder structure in unity.  She also made sure that there is collision on all assets in the entire level. 

Lastly, she made realistic scooter physics so that we can drive around in the map. Going from this:
